We are Land Information Professionals Since 1972 our firm has grown to encompass a wide range of services related to land, from small severances (Planning Consents) and residential surveys (for owners or mortgage purposes) to condominium and subdivision development and Land Information Management Systems. We provide services throughout the Niagara Region and beyond in a timely manner to the public, government and development industries. We provide the planning for a project, including solutions to issues from inception of the project until registration (completion). We also have a well established reputation for providing high quality, professional consulting advice related to surveying to assist the developer. We have a very high success rate on our projects, and provide an organized, detailed approach to all projects with emphasis on meeting deadlines on every project we undertake.
