Commissioned in 1970 as an Ontario Land Surveyor, Richard has been in private practice since 1972 and has been involved in all aspects of a private cadastral surveying practice since then. His experience includes extensive retracement surveys as well as integrated surveys. He is knowledgeable in G.P.S. and a graduate of a practical course in G.P.S. in 1996. He is also an Ontario Land Information Professional. He has extensive experience in all phases of site development, condominium development and subdivision development. Mr. Larocque’s expertise is recognized and appreciated by his clients for both his practical and logical approach to legal and technical matters related to all aspects of legal land surveying. His over 30 years experience in the surveying profession includes complex projects such as the surveying required on Sir Adam Beck Power Generation Stations One and Two and the Decew Power Generation Station in connection with the break up of Ontario Hydro. Richard has worked and lived in the Niagara Region for most of his life and currently heads up our Niagara Falls office.
