Joan Larocque has provided project consultation and management services on a variety of development projects, both residential and commercial, for over 25 years. Her expertise lies in her long experience with development projects, attention to detail and analytical and database structuring skills that she brings to a project. She has been the project head on all of the land information management systems created to date by The Larocque Group. In the course of her involvement with projects she coordinates the project working with the client as well as hearings and public meetings under the Planning Act, and all related matters with Municipal, Regional and Provincial levels of government. Mrs. Larocque has been a partner in the firm since its inception in 1972. She is also Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer for the corporation.
