Brent obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Toronto in 1994 and was commissioned as an Ontario Land Surveyor and Ontario Land Information Professional in 1996. He is a partner in the firm and an integral part of the management team. He is a leader in the introduction of new technologies in the Cadastral Survey division of the company and has been instrumental in the development of our Land Information Management Systems (GIS) component to meet the demands of both corporate and government clientele. He has also implemented our GPS / Glonass Reference Station, the RTK GPS Leica SmartAntenna and the Leica TPS1200 Total Station. Brent was appointed President of the company in 2010. Brent is currently serving as Treasurer of the Hamilton and District Regional Group. |

Commissioned in 1970 as an Ontario Land Surveyor, Richard has been in private practice since 1972 and has been involved in all aspects of a private cadastral surveying practice since then. His experience includes extensive retracement surveys as well as integrated surveys. He is knowledgeable in G.P.S. and a graduate of a practical course in G.P.S. in 1996. He is also an Ontario Land Information Professional. He has extensive experience in all phases of site development, condominium development and subdivision development. Mr. Larocque’s expertise is recognized and appreciated by his clients for both his practical and logical approach to legal and technical matters related to all aspects of legal land surveying. His over 30 years experience in the surveying profession includes complex projects such as the surveying required on Sir Adam Beck Power Generation Stations One and Two and the Decew Power Generation Station in connection with the break up of Ontario Hydro. Richard has worked and lived in the Niagara Region for most of his life and currently heads up our Niagara Falls office. |

Joan Larocque has provided project consultation and management services on a variety of development projects, both residential and commercial, for over 35 years. Her expertise lies in her long experience with development projects, attention to detail and analytical and database structuring skills that she brings to a project. She has been the project head on all of the land information management systems created to date by The Larocque Group. In the course of her involvement with projects she coordinates the project working with the client as well as hearings and public meetings under the Planning Act, and all related matters with Municipal, Regional and Provincial levels of government. Mrs. Larocque has been a partner in the firm since its inception in 1972. She is also Chief Financial Officer for the corporation. |

Noelle obtained a Diploma in Agriculture & Business at the University of Guelph in 1987. After graduating she left the Niagara Region to pursue her interests in the field of agriculture. In 1993 she returned to the area with her family. Her previous experience includes a management position in the Agricultural Industry, as well as experience in government, sales and advertising. In 1995 she began working for the family firm. Noelle is the Office Manager with responsibilities for all the Accounting within the firm, Human Resources and the Advertizing and Promotion. Noelle brings new ideas and concepts to keep the business moving forward as the second generation continues on the path Richard and Joan started 40 years ago. Noelle is also the safety officer for our corporation. |
